We use Fedex Ground for all items except for hoods, tailgates, Mustang fenders, Dakota fenders, full size Dodge fenders, and Ranger fenders. These Items will be shipped to the nearest Greyhound Package Express station in your area. |

Can I combine
shipping on multiple quantities or auctions?
With some auction you may be able to combine shipping. These auctions are: headlights, corner lights, tail lights, and corner lights. No other parts may be combined for shipping. |

Do you need a paint code to
paint my part and where is it located? We must have a paint code to paint any part. Paint codes are usually located on the driver's side door post or in the glove box of your vehicle.

What kind of paint do you use? We use Sikkens premium quality paint.

Will this part fit my year of
vehicle? The years that are listed on the auction are the only years that the part will fit.

What is
your return policy?
All damage claims must be reported to partmartonecom at time of delivery of package. Call our office at 541-767-9830. PartMartOne will not replace or refund damaged parts reported later than delivery time and date or any item that has been installed on vehicle. Any damaged items must be returned carefully in original packaging thru Fedex ground or greyhound GPX freight (whichever company was used in the original delivery) to: PartMartOne 78158 HWY 99, S. Cottage Grove OR. 97424. Upon receiving and inspection of item, PartMartOne will determine cause of damage. Issue replacement part or refund at PartMartOne's discretion. All parts painted or unpainted are subject this policy. |
